A solid read, if one is wondering if reading theology, or perhaps just reading Frank Sheed, is for you, then this is a great place to start. It does include Sheed's truly insightful yet clear description of the Trinity, which by itself can make the book worthwhile. The book is part theology, with the Trinity being the most ambitious part, and part rah-rah cheering as to why one ought to learn theology.
If you know that you're already inclined toward reading theology, I would recommend skipping this altogether and pick up a copy of Sheed's Theology and Sanity. There is some overlap between the two, including the portion on the Trinity. But Theology and Sanity goes deeper and spends less time with motivating the reader toward the study of theology per se. Nonetheless, both works are written in Sheed's trademark clarity and simplicity. A good read, and if you are a beginner to theology (as the title indicates), then it is perhaps a great read.
